Our Firm prioritizes a relationship of trust and transparency, which includes providing explicit information about the billing terms to which the client is subject.

Our clientele, from the moment of initial contact with the firm, will be systematically informed of the cost of the first consultation.

During the lawyer/client interview, or as soon as the case file is opened, the client will be transparently advised of the hourly rate that will be applied, which will be determined based on the importance and degree of complexity of the case.

A written mandate agreement or fee agreement will be signed, stipulating the hourly rate and any potential success fee depending on the stakes of the dispute.

The Firm may accept a mandate covered by legal aid depending on the client’s financial situation, which will be thoroughly analyzed by the legal aid service of the Luxembourg Bar Association, who will make the final decision regarding the benefit of legal aid.
